Refund policy

Chai Studios wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, please see our return policy below: 

1. Returns:  You have 14 days to return the item if the face razors are unopened, with the protective plastic film untouched. Please note that if the film has been removed, we are not able to accept the return. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

2. Refund Options: Should your return be accepted, we can offer store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. 

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at: hello@chaistudios.co.nz with your order number in the subject. 

4. Fees: We don't charge any restocking fees, however, please note that return shipping must be paid for at your expense.
